The 14th edition of the Australia T20 Big Bash League (BBL) will be played from 15th December 2024 to 27th January 2025 in Australia. The league was established in 2011 by Cricket Australia and the first season was played in 2011-12. The first match will be between Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Stars on 15th December 2024 at 1:45 PM IST at the Optus Stadium, Perth.
Brisbane Heat are the defending champions, having won their 2nd title in the 2023-24 season. Sydney Sixers finished runners-up for the third time in the last Australia T20 Bash League.

Big Bash League (BBL) 2024-25 Schedule
The 2024-25 Big Bash League will feature a total of 44 matches throughout the tournament. During the group stage, every team will play 10 matches in an engaging double round-robin format. The top four teams from the standings will advance to the playoffs. It will start on 21st January and the final will be played on 27th January 2025.
Matches are set to be held across various iconic venues, including Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Hobart, Geelong, Brisbane, Canberra, and Coffs Harbour.
