7 October 2024 St Lucia Kings beat Guyana Amazon Warriors by 6 wickets in the Final of the CPL 2024. Roston Chase (SLK) was the Player of the Match for his 39 runs & 1 wicket. Noor Ahmed (SLK) is the Player of the Series for his 22 wickets.
The 12th edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) will be played from 29 August to 6 October 2024 in the West Indies. The league was founded by Cricket West Indies in 2013 and the first season was played in the same year.
Six teams based out of major Caribbean islands nations - Antigua & Barbuda Falcons, Barbados Royals, St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, Trinbago Knight Riders, St Lucia Kings and Guyana Amazon Warriors will take part in the 12th season.
The first match of the 2024 season was between Antigua & Barbuda and St Kitts & Nevis on 30th August 2024 at 5:30 AM IST at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Antigua.

2024 Caribbean Premier League Format
In total, there will be 34 matches (30 group stage and 4 playoffs fixtures) in the tournament. Each team will play five matches at home and five matches away against every other team. After the league phase, the top four teams will qualify for the playoffs stages.
The 1st and 2nd-placed will meet in Qualifier 1. The 3rd-placed and 4th-placed team will meet in the Eliminator. The winner of the Eliminator will meet the loser of Qualifier 1 in Qualifier 2. The winner of Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 will then meet in the final.
CPL 2024 Schedule
Seven venues - Antigua, St Lucia, St Kitts, Barbados, Trinidad (2) and Guyana will host all the matches. The playoffs take place at the Providence Stadium, Guyana. The final will be played on 6 October 2024. The day matches have a start time of 7:30 PM IST and the night matches will start at 4:30 AM IST.
