On 6 May 2017, Delhi recorded the fourth-lowest total in Indian T20 League history. Chasing 212 runs, the batters struggled against the accuracy and spin of Mumbai bowlers and were bowled out for just 66 runs in 13.4 overs. Karun Nair was the innings top scorer with 21 runs in 15 balls.

5. Delhi Daredevils - 67 runs (vs. Punjab Kings, Mohali 2017)

Delhi features twice in the list of the top 5 lowest scores in the league. On 30 April 2017, Delhi recorded the fifth-lowest total in Indian T20 League history. Batting first, the batters struggled against the swing and accuracy of Punjab bowlers and were bowled out for just 67 runs in 17.1 overs.
