Uganda recorded the joint lowest score in T20 World Cups. Playing against hosts West Indies in the T20 World Cup match in Guyana, 2024, the Uganda batters were all out for 39 runs in 12 overs. Akeal Hosein was the star with the ball with figures of 5/11 in 4 overs. This is the sixth best bowling spell in T20 World Cup history.

Put into bat first bat in a crucial group match, Oman was all out for just 47 runs against England in the 2024 World Cup in North Sound, Antigua. Jofra Archer, Mark Wood and Adil Rashid ripped through the Oman batting order in just 13.2 overs. Rashid had figures of 4/11. England reached the target in 3.1 overs.

 

West Indies (55 vs England, 2021)

West Indies is sixth on the list of lowest scores in T20 World Cups. The Caribbean lineup, Known for their explosive power, suffered a shocking collapse and was all out for just 55 runs against England in the 2021 World Cup in Dubai. Adil Rashid ripped through the Windies batting order and had impressive figures of 4/2. England reached the target in 8.2 overs.

 

 Afghanistan (56 vs South Africa, 2024)

Afghanistan is seventh on the list of lowest scores in T20 World Cups. Playing their maiden T20 World Cup semifinal match in Tarouba, 2024, the Afghanistan batters were no match for South Africa's bowling lineup. Afghanistan were all out for 56 runs in just 11.5 overs. Tabraiz Shamis was the standout with figures of 3/6 in 1.5 overs. South Africa completed the chase in 8.5 overs.

Uganda is eight on the list of lowest scores in T20 World Cups. Playing their maiden T20 World Cup match in Guyana, 2024, the Uganda batters were no match for Afghanistan's bowling lineup. Uganda were all out for 58 runs in 16 overs. Fazalhaq Farooqi was the standout with figures of 5/9 in 4 overs. This is the fourth best bowling spell in T20 World Cup history.

 

New Zealand (60 vs Sri Lanka, 2014)

New Zealand is ninth on the list of the lowest team total in the T20 World Cup. Chasing 120 runs in a crucial Super 10 match, New Zealand batters were in trouble from the start. Kane Williamson scored 42 runs, but the next highest score was just five runs. Rangana Herath took 5/3, and the Kiwis were all out for 60 runs in 15.3 overs.

 

Scotland (60 vs Afghanistan, 2021)

Scotland has the joint ninth-lowest total in the T20 World Cup. During the 2021 T20 World Cup, Scotland was all out for 60 runs chasing 191 runs against Afghanistan at Sharjah.
