10 Feb 2024 Sunrisers Eastern Cape beat Durban's Super Giants by 80 runs in the Final of the SA20 2024 at the Newlands Cricket Ground, Cape Town. Tom Abell (SEC) was the Player of the Match for his innings of 55 runs.
Sunrisers Eastern Cape won their second SA20 title. Ryan Rickelton (MI Cape Town) scored the most runs (530) and Marco Jansen (Sunrisers Eastern Cape) took the most wickets (20). Heinrich Klaasen (Durban's Super Giants) was the Player of the Series with 447 runs.
The second edition of the South Africa T20 League (SA20) will be played from 10 January to 10 February 2024 in South Africa. The SA20 league was established in 2022, and the first season was played in 2023. Sunrisers Eastern Cape won the first season, beating Pretoria Capitals by 4 wickets.
Like the first season, six teams based out of Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Paarl, Pretoria, and Port Elizabeth - will participate in the second season. The first match of the SA T20 2024 season was between Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Joburg Super Kings on 10 January 2024 at 9 PM IST at St. George's Park, Gqeberha.

South Africa T20 League 2024 Schedule
The 2024 edition of the South Africa T20 League will have 34 games (30 group-stage matches and 4 playoff fixtures) played during the tournament. The day matches start at 5 PM IST, and the night matches start at 9 PM IST.
In the group stage, every team will play each other in home and away format. The top 4 teams will qualify for the playoffs - Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2, followed by the Final. The final will be played on 10 February 2024.
