The eleventh edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) was played from 16 August to 24 September 2023 in the West Indies. The league was founded by Cricket West Indies in 2013 and the first season was played in the same year. Six teams based out of major Caribbean islands nations like Barbados, Jamaica, St. Kitts, Trinidad, St. Lucia, and Guyana took part in the 11th season.
The first match of the 2023 season was between 2-time runners-up St. Lucia and defending champions Jamaica on 17th August 2023 at 4:30 AM IST at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground, St. Lucia.

Caribbean Premier League 2023 Schedule
The 2023 edition of the Caribbean T20 League will have a total of 34 games (30 group-stage matches and 4 playoffs fixtures) played during the tournament. The day matches have a start time of 7:30 PM IST and the night matches will start at 4:30 AM IST (next day).
In the group stage, every team will play against each other only once. The top 4 teams will qualify for the playoffs - Eliminator, Qualifier 1, Qualifier 2, and the Final. The final will be played on 24 September 2023.
Six venues - St. Lucia, St. Kiits, Barbados, Trinidad (2), and Guyana will host all the group matches. The playoffs will be played in Guyana.
