16 September 2024 Punjab FC beat Kerala Blasters by 2-1 in Match 4 of the ISL 2024-25. All goals were scored after 85 minutes. Punjab scored in 86 and 90+5 minutes, while Kerala scored in 90+2 minutes.

The 2024-25 ISL will be the 11th season of the Indian Super League. The season will begin on Friday, 13 Sep 2024 and end in May 2025. 13 teams will take part in the league - 12 teams from the 2023-24 season and 1 promoted team (for the first time) from the 2023-24 I-League. Mohun Bagan are the defending premiers (top of the table), and Mumbai City are the defending champions (winning the ISL playoffs).

Mohammedan Sporting Club will join the ISL from the 2024-25 season. They are the third time from Kolkata, after Mohun Bagan SG and East Bengal FC. The opening weekend of ISL 2024-25 will see Mohun Bagan SG take on Mumbai City FC in Kolkata. Odisha FC take on Chennaiyin FC, and Bengaluru FC take on East Bengal FC in the first double-header of the season.

2024-25 ISL Fixtures

All 13 teams played twice against each other (home and away). It means 24 matches for each club and a total of 156 league matches. There will be 7 playoffs matches to complete the ISL 2024-25 season.

Fixtures are announced till December 2024. The first Kolkata derby (Mohun Bagan vs East Bengal) of ISL 2024-25 will be played at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan on October 19, 2024 at 7:30 PM IST.
