UP Women are a franchise women's cricket team that will compete in the Women's T20 League 2023. Team UP of the Indian T20 League won the rights to own the team for a sum of ₹757 crores.

England’s Jon Lewis is the head coach of the team, while Ashley Noffke is the bowling coach and Lisa Sthalekar is the mentor. The squad was assembled at the player auction in February 2023.
